Agni

Agni is a self-taught DJ, artist, and creator of Set Live-Art, a hybrid performance format that merges electronic music with live visual expression. Raised in a deeply creative environment as the son of a painter and an art curator, he developed an early sensitivity to art, cinema, and sound, shaping a multidisciplinary artistic identity.

Beginning with drawing and painting, Agni later expanded into electronic music as a natural extension of his expression. This evolution led to Set Live-Art — an immersive format where he performs music while painting live, creating a multi-sensory experience that blurs the boundaries between sound and visual art.

His sonic direction is influenced by experimental and psychedelic electronic music, particularly inspired by the narrative-driven approach of Nina Kraviz’s label, shaping his vision of music as a storytelling medium.

Currently a resident of Groove Hunters, Agni has performed across Ecuador at festivals, clubs, and cultural spaces, sharing lineups with artists such as Barac, Praslea, Dana Ruh, Binh, and Stacey Pullen. Alongside his hybrid shows, he also delivers refined DJ sets, bringing a distinctive artistic identity to both formats.
