Audio Units are a brother duo crafting a modern, detail-driven interpretation of techno while staying rooted in its core philosophy. Drawing inspiration from art, science fiction, and technology, their sound reflects a cerebral and immersive approach to electronic music. With a strong hardware-driven workflow, they translate abstract ideas and subconscious impulses into powerful sonic narratives.

Their productions have been released on respected digital and vinyl labels including Molecular, Newrhythmic, Dynamic Reflection, and Illegal Alien. Sonically, they explore pulsating, up-tempo terrains that shift between subtle sophistication and driving, rhythmic intensity, anchored by groove, power, and precision.

As DJs, they extend this philosophy into their sets, blending accelerated grooves, mechanical textures, and carefully curated crate-dug selections. Known for their instinctive connection with the dancefloor, they balance structure with improvisation, delivering sets that are both dynamic and deeply engaging.

Beyond performance, they co-founded Observant in 2019 alongside dotdat, a label aimed at bridging global and Indian techno talent. Through Beatworx and Afterworx, they continue to shape the scene via education, events, and community building, while their live show further expands their artistic expression.
